Service Description

Join me for an intimate, feel good book launch rooted in rest, reflection, and real connection. This experience is an invitation to slow down, laugh a little, color freely, write honestly, and give your mind and body the break they’ve been asking for. We’ll create space to exhale, reconnect with ourselves, and practice softness together. Your registration includes a copy of the Sit Ya Ass Down Somewhere! journal. You’re encouraged to bring your favorite coloring supplies, though some will be available. The location will be shared in your confirmation email after registration. Come as you are. Sit down. Write it out. Color it in. Rest on purpose.
