Class starts at 8:15pm at YWCA St. Paul 375 Selby Ave St. Paul, Mn 55102 Please arrive 10-15 minutes before as the doors will be locked at the start of class. parking lot available Wear clothing you are comfortable in that is easy to move around in. Classes are limited to 15 participants Pre-registration is REQUIRED. Welcome to bring your own mat, a few will be provided You must arrive 10-15 minutes before your class. Mats & class space is cleaned after every class.
